Spraying down drum of diluted chrome

The associate was spraying down an empty drum of diluted chrome with a coworker. Shortly after the employee noticed bumps appearing on his left wrist. The employee was instructed to rinse his wrist and lower forearm for 10-15 minutes. He was also given anti - itch cream from a localized first aid cabinet. The itching continued as the bumps started going further up his arm towards the middle of his bicep.
