[REDACTED] was helping a fellow employee to install the trim around windows by holding the trim in place.

When I W coworker started the process on one of the windows he did not realize that the nail bounced off at an angle. It was not until [REDACTED] started bleeding and feeling pain that they realized that a nail was inserted in his left forearm. I W coworker (witness) states that it was not until they both coworker and I W felt I W arm that they realized a nail was inside his forearm. Witness states that he had the nail gun on automatic when he began shooting the nails into the wood.
