I W was assembling a part of the frame for the floor which is called the stairs that are located at each end of the ceiling.
What happened
While I W was constructing the ladders for the ceiling frame there was a complete set on the ground near her leg. While the forklift was bringing in wood into the area the forklift hit one corner of the ladder on the floor and hit the I W on the knee bone.
