Before the incident
I opened the bay door and lowered the dock plate so I could move my dolly out of the way. After moving that I went to exit the trailer
What happened
both my feet slipped out from under and I fell on the dock plate landing on my neck and shoulder blades and hitting my head in the process. When I finally got up I noticed ice on the dock plate and there was no wet floor signs or carpeting.
