What happened
Chips had got stuck in the top of the gantry door. The employee was using the clean out hook to pull them out. There was one curl that led from the top of the door down to the henry. As the operator was using the hook to remove it it hung and either broke or slid down the hook onto the operator 's finger causing a laceration to his finger. .
