What happened
Immediately prior to the incident the employee was attempting to loosen a series of bolts on a Guiliani [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]). The employee was a socket ratchet wrench with an extension bar. As the employee was attempting to loosen the first bolt the socket slipped off of the bolt. The momentum caused the tip of the employee 's right thumb to contact the body of the burnisher. The contact resulted in a non-dislocated fracture of the (Distal Phalanx) bone on the right pinky finger.
