THE EMPLOYEE STATED THAT SHE WAS STACKING EMPTY BREAK RACKS ON FOUR-WHEELED COASTERS THAT THEY PUT TO TRANSPORT THEM WHILE SHE WAS DOING THAT HER FOOT CAUGHT UNDER THE WHEEL OF ANOTHER RACK AND SHE FELL FORWARD HITTING HER ENTIRE RIGHT RIB CAGE ON A BREAD RACK THAT WAS STANDING UP STRAIGHT INSTEAD OF BEING LAYING DOWN.
