The roll scanner had issues where labels could not be printed and not allowing rolls to proceed to Shipping Rolls were backed up to the 15th conveyor after the strapper There were also issues with the strapper kicking the rolls sideways The roll storage area was full causing a lot of congestion in the area This required employees to manually push rolls off the conveyor The injured employee was in a bad position and pushed the roll with his right arm and was caught between two rolls fracturing it
