During a paper break on [REDACTED] an employee was stepping down from the catwalk in the 2 dryer section of the 2 Paper Machine after clearing a dryer wrap The catwalk is approximately 20 high They stepped off from the catwalk with their right foot While stepping down their right foot bumped a spear that was placed on the floor leaning on the catwalk The spear was knocked to the floor by the persons leg the person lost their balance and fell onto the spear The person had bruising and swelling on their upper right thigh from landing on the spear Over the [REDACTED] pain in their back and right hip increased to the point that it became difficult to walk
