Employee was sitting at her table closing up trays and taping them together when she was exposed to a product thats called wet spray Another tender sprayed the spray and the mist went onto her face and in her nose The employee went and washed her face but after was complaining of a slight burning sensation in her nose and skin around her mouth After EE washed her hands and face after and continued working till [REDACTED] At [REDACTED] EE went ER where EE was evaluated and advised to return to work with frequent eye washes instructions on full duty Next [REDACTED] employee came back to the ER complaining of eye irritation chest pains and was admitted The excuse note with acute eye condition that needs time to recover with return to work [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] from one doctor and [REDACTED] from the other doctor Employee returned to work on [REDACTED] full duty
