EEs finger got mashed between the push bar and clamp of the 106 Press (unit 1) causing the finger to break and the fingernail to be ripped off Unit 1 on the [REDACTED] Printing Press was out of sequence and causing a plate fault EE was troubleshooting and the press gave instructions to unload the plate manually The plate popped out of the clamp after EE did not perform the correct step in the sequence EE went to reclamp the plate and while doing so had their finger between push bar and the clamp When EE instructed their coworker to press the button to reclamp the push bar went in and mashed their index finger into the clamp causing the injury
