Incident occurred around [REDACTED] at the double backer roll stand Crew was in the process of prepping for a flute change The double backer was at the medium roll stand (not sure which one) prepping it for the flute change The injured associate (Floater) and the operator were at the double backer working on chucking up a 39 butt roll in roll stand 1 The had the operator side chucked up Butt roll appeared to be sitting crooked on the dolly and the drive side chuck was not aligning with the core for but roll Crew members had a nudger Nudger was not moving the butt roll but was at the maximum it would move (Not sure if that maximum is the full range of the nudger) Injured crew member reached down into core hole with left hand for the butt roll and was attempting to pull the drive side roll towards him (south) while the other associate was activating the controls When discussing the incident with the associate who operated the controls (Operator) he said that the injured associate nodded
