On [REDACTED] EE reported to me by phone that on the evening of [REDACTED] they were preparing to perform sanitation on a tank using [REDACTED]. EE found two [REDACTED] containers with liquid in them. The liquid looked like water with no color to it. EE needed to confirm if the liquid was [REDACTED] or not before using it so they put their face closer and closer to the containers until they smelled a heavy [REDACTED] odor that caused them to cough. EE is reported pain in the chest when breathing at the time of the [REDACTED] phone call.
