What happened
Employee was foaming press tubs and proceeded to pour a bucket of eradicate into another one half full chemical splashed back and under the faceshield coming into contact with [REDACTED] skin and eye. EE immediately asked for coworkers assistance and reported the incident to the team lead. [REDACTED] was called to the location to evaluate after approximately 45 minutes rinsing EE was taken to my health center for further evaluation and excused for the remaining of the shift.
