What happened
SFA was placing a sill into ice cart [REDACTED]. While placing part into cart SFA had left hand right on the edge of the sill when it was trying to place the sill down. Sill was hooked to hoist. While part was being placed down one of the sides of the sill got hooked with one of the legs of the cart. SFA unhooked the sill and tried to move the part while it had the left hand underneath the part causing a pinch point.
