Sweeping the floor

The seasoning operator was tearing down the seasoner for maintenance and handing them the parts. The maintenance employee was placing them on a cart. After tearing down the seasoner she went to sweep the floor. As she was sweeping she bumped the cart causing the auger that was hanging off the cart to fall and strike her in the back of her right ankle.
