The team member was helping to evaluating the temperature on TC3 for the fryer.

While helping to evaluate why the fryer temperature was not reaching normal operating levels through the fryer screen monitor 1 the team member walked with [REDACTED] Xol toward the secondary fryer control screen located adjacent to the fryer. As the team member was walking behind [REDACTED] the fryer suddenly sparked resulting in a flash fire. The flash fire caused minor burns to the team member’s arms and face resulting in first-degree burn.
