What happened
[REDACTED] was helping to set up packing machine 6 from totes to hand pack. He took the packing table from machine 9 to place at machine 6. When he took the table to machine 6 it still had the label printer on it that was needed at machine on the table shelf. He then proceeded to push the packing table back to machine 9. The printer was hanging partly off the shelf. As he was leaning over to push the table the printer started to move off the shelf. The printer tipped off the shelf and struck him on the right shoulder and side of head.
