LTO was performing a case pick out of location [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED]. LTO was assigned to pick 4cs of 00F210380023 out of the location. As the LTO attempted to grab the first case they misjudged how heavy the product would be and twisted there torso to the right while trying to lift the case. When they did this because the product was heavier than they expected the box didnt move as their torso rotated and they wrenched their back as a result.
