Reworking vial labels and putting vials into cartons on the conveyor.

[REDACTED] was working on the line and when she got to the carton fill station where the her role was to place vials into cartons she felt pain and inflammation from the repetitive action. [REDACTED] was working on that station for 2.5hrs until break when she was rotated to another station. The vials are on a long tray that is raise about a 8 inches from the conveyor. She said that she was started feeling pain [REDACTED]. She has taken ibuprofen an Arnica ointment. When she came in on [REDACTED] she felt the pain and inflammation the most it has since gotten better but she still feels some pain. We called the nurse hotline and they recommended she go to Concentra Urgency care in the [REDACTED]
