Circulator for normal process for solution changes.
What happened
[REDACTED] was circulating employees into their BSCs to prepare for solution changes before she gowned in to perform her solution change. She had circulated another employee in and was at the other end of the clean room. The other employee tube to her waste kit popped out of the waste bag and solution was shooting on the floor. [REDACTED] walked over for across the room to fix the tubing solution had already spilled on the floor as she approached the BSC she slipped and fell. Solution A was in use at this time. She stated the Solution A did not contact her skin.
