Employee was transferring cases of water from the cooler that the product is stored in to the stand that she needed to restock. While carrying 2 cases of water in front of her the employee lost site of her footing and accidentally tripped and fell forward. No liquids or tripping hazards were in her way her foot just got stuck on the concrete floor from a misstep.
