What happened
Employee was coming down the service stairs after working there shift. They were wearing their non slip shoes but a slight build up of grease and food debris was stuck in the non slip grooves of the shoe. He stepped down off a step and slipped off the next. He fell on his tail bone and made his way directly to my office. I supplied the employee with an ice bag. No further medical assistance was requested by him.
