What happened

On [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]) he was only placing jars on the conveyer because he was the only one able to change the tote. The box of jars was kind of big and whenever the jars got low he had to reach down. He was also flipping the jars to make sure there wasn 't little specs of cardboard in the jars. When he did the tote changes throwing away the excess product inside the bag was very heavy. It caused him to assert more force trying to lift up the bag and throw it away. [REDACTED]) he was working on a product that cannot run the totes all the way to empty because if it were to go empty it might contain some particles. This caused the tote bags to be very heavy when throwing it away. Throughout these two days the pain was growing. During the weekend it got worse. [REDACTED] [REDACTED]) we were running Costco so it didnt hurt him as much but the pain was still there. [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]) we ran Costco once again but the pain feels worse than what it did on [REDACTED].

There 's pain on the left hand around the forearm-elbow area and it 's a little swollen.
