What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] EE contacted his line supervisor for contact info for his Area Manager. At [REDACTED] the employee reported to his Area Managter that he had just returned from OSU ER where the Ophthamologist removed debris from his eye. EE stated that on [REDACTED] he felt irritation in his eye like his normal alergies. He stated that on [REDACTED] morning his eye was irritated when he woke up and he put drops suspecting alergies. He claimed that on the way to work [REDACTED] morning it became much worse and he had to pull over because it was hard to see. EE then called the work call-off line stating that he was calling off for being sick. The employee went to an Urgent Care on [REDACTED] and claimed that they found metal shavings in his eye and could not get it out so he was referred to OSU ER. The employee visited OSU ER on [REDACTED] and debris was removed. He also received a prescription.
