What happened
EE was walking up the platform steps at the 48-1 POR they did not lift their foot high enough when stepping up and their foot caught on the step causing EE to fall. When EE fell they landed on their right elbow. EE stated their right elbow was sore and was given an ice pack but did not want to seek additional medical care at the time of incident. EE returned to work.
