Pushing a vinyl strapping dolly over to a dock door in preparation for outbound duties.

Employee pushing vinyl strap [REDACTED] failed to notice the strapping was loose and dragging across the floor. The employee parked the dolly and as the employee stepped away from the dolly the employee 's right foot became entangled in the loose strapping causing the employee to trip and land on their left wrist.
