Before the incident
The nurse was giving him a shot in his arm but before he was already irritated. I believe that shot made him extremely irritated. We had to change him and get a new gown on him and I was trying to get the gown on him and when I was holding his arm to put his arm in the sleeve he then kicked me in my shoulder. It was a very hard kick and I had to get an ice pack and apply it on my shoulder. Currently still hurting
