Moving packed Fascia from [REDACTED] EE injured lower back.

[REDACTED] EE was working in fascia workcenter where they move packed fascia from [REDACTED] to the material storage racks. While moving the material the EE injured his lower back when he moved a set of 5 doors that weights 35 lbs. When the EE lifted the material he felt a pull in his lower back. First aid was given and the EE went home for rest. On [REDACTED] EE continued to experience a significant level of pain and requested to seek medical attention. At the clinic the EE was prescribed muscle relaxers then scheduled for PT. EE has returned to work and continues to support the Fascia work center
