The EE was working at the administration station standing at a desk and facing the wall. Behind them were pallets of cabinet components. These pallets were positioned to be moved to the wrapping station once they were recorded into JDE. At ~[REDACTED] a forklift driver lifted a pallet of material. The load shifted and half the material fell onto the EE. When this occurred the EE was shoved under the desk and their legs caught behind them. An ambulance was called and the EE was taken to the nearest hospital for medical treatment. Where they will have surgery on [REDACTED].
