While EE was grabbing the top pallet of a stack of CPLT pallets the pallet fell from 3-4 feet in the air and hit them in the foot. EE was wearing steel toed shoes but the pallet hit them in the metatarsal area. EE reported the incident on the [REDACTED] to the OHN.
