On [REDACTED] EE was picking three cartons around [REDACTED] near the [REDACTED] print station in location [REDACTED]. EE stated that they felt pain in their hands traveling up their forearms due to grabbing boxes. EE states they began feeling this pain starting [REDACTED] stated that they have been feeling numbness and sharp pain since the second or third week they started at [REDACTED]. EE states that they were initially white knuckling the tugger bar when they first started working and claw gripping cartons with one hand causing the pain.
