Teammate was attempting to adjust a bracket that was contacting the RFID tag on a pickle pin.
What happened
The teammate attempted to bend the bracket slightly while standing on a ladder and in the process removed one of his legs from the rung for additional leverage. The teammate applied enough force that the fasteners holding the bracket pulled free from the poly tank causing the teammate to lose balance and fall from the ladder.
