TM was loading the [REDACTED] in the [REDACTED] area.

After loading the shotblaster the TM needed to dismount his forklift in order to reset the light curtain for the shotblaster to engage. In the process of dismounting the forklift the teammate stepped into a divot on the floor causing injury.
