Employee was replacing a glue drum from a drum unloader skid. While doing so the employee was putting compressed air into the drum unloader to remove the empty barrel of glue from the drum unloader. While this task was being performed the drum unloader exploded causing the machine to break and strike the employee on the head and arm.
