What happened
On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] a stores employee was using a two-step ladder to cycle count boxes of forgers on the shelf. The employee was standing on the top step with arms reaching up to move the first set of six 50 count boxes of forgers (each box weighs 8.5 Lbs.) over to read the count number on the 6 boxes behind the front boxes. The front boxes began to fall and the employee tried to stop them from falling. In doing so she lost her balance and fell to the floor contacting the floor with her left knee.
