What happened
Employee was taking a box of hand warmers from the front counter to the back kitchen. When employee tripped on a 'wet floor ' sign employee stated she did not see the sign in the middle of the store and tried catching herself. Resulting in her hitting a grocery cart and landing on her left knee and twisting her right shoulder. She also stated that she has a red place on her chin and teeth ache on the lower left side of her now swollen jaw. Employee also stated that the next day her left knee is sore and a little swollen. Her left hip lower back and right shoulder now aches. And the back of her right arm is also sore.
