Employee was waiting to clock out behind the deli department where employee had to enter through a self-closing door to get to the time clock. Upon entering another employee was seen standing inside. The employee inside noticed [REDACTED] and opened the door for her. [REDACTED] walked in with her left hand holding onto the frame of the door not knowing the other employee had already let go of the door causing the door to close onto her left hand.
