What happened
[REDACTED] was outside in the dark. He walked around some pallets and someone had put another pallet beside there and he tripped and fell onto the concrete. He did land on his left hand but said not hurting but he scraped his right eyebrow and had a scratchy feeling in his right eye. It was bleeding and tender to the touch. No cameras behind the store--and it was dark.
