Employee was wrapping bread filling the bread trays and lifting bread trays on to pallet. Employee has right arm injury that is not work-related causing him to favor his left arm. For this reason employee was asked to slow down and not lift as much. Other employees available to help. Employees own words are that he feels he has to keep up with others who are working faster. Employee has been told it is ok to slow down and make any necessary accommodations to avoid injury.
