What happened
The employee and his co-worker used two forklifts to lift trusses placed on a trailer and place dunnage under the trusses. (They each lifted one side of the truss.) As the employee was working to situate some dunnage on the trailer the coworker backed up with his lift causing the trusses to drop back toward the trailer. The trusses struck the employee on the head. The employee began to feel nauseous and said it felt like he was punched in the head.
