After giving a resident her insulin the employee noticed that she had blood underneath her glove on the back of her left hand from a possible needle stick.

IW states she was giving the resident her insulin and she gave her [REDACTED] first and then her [REDACTED]. IW states when she finished she saw that she had blood underneath her glove on the back of her left hand. IW states she didn?t feel anything but didn?t have it on there before she got in the room so she is pretty sure it was a needle stick. IW states the contagious disease status of the resident is unknown.
