[REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] DA Statement: While in [REDACTED] crossing area a stray dog was following me and wasnt being friendly I ran a package to [REDACTED] and a stray dog ran up on me hair raised and growling I ran back to the van and tried to shut the side door fast so it wouldnt bite me I heard a audible pop and had instant pain It has progressed and the pain is moving down into my elbow and up around my neck now
