During report of injury DA provided little details on the circumstances surrounding cause of back pain Reports differed slightly between FROI and report to treating physicians No video available of the incident On [REDACTED] approximately [REDACTED] DA reported feeling pain in their middle back when twisting to get out of seat to enter back of van to retrieve packages The DA then attempted to exit [REDACTED] rolled their ankle fell to the ground The DA later stated to the doctor that their back locked up as they were walking through the customers yard to deliver the package to the front porch The DA did not recall address of the incident Upon initial report DA refused medical treatment On following day DA felt a worsening of symptoms in their back and requested medical treatment
