On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] while completing a delivery to [REDACTED] DA [REDACTED] was involved in an incident While approaching the porch of the delivery location a dog that the DA had not noticed approached the DA in an aggressive manner The DA backed up while keeping her focus on the dog While backing up she backed into a bike that she was unaware of DA tripped over the bike resulting in her twisting her left ankle and minorly scraping her left elbow as well The dog approached the DA while she lay on the ground at which point the home owner came out to assist her The customer observed the entire incident The customer brought the dog in side after the DA entered her van safely at which point the DA contacted dispatch and stated she believed she had broken her ankle Dispatch asked if she required medical attention DA stated she did but refused emergency transport Dispatch arranged to meet her at Baptist Health in [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]) DA was treated and release the same day Her inj
