At [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] notified me that she had been stung by a bee and had allergies so she had driven herself to the emergency room Upon arrival she was treated and released from the ED and LMET was notified She also contacted [REDACTED] to file the Workers Compensation Claim LMET EMT629488 Workers Comp Claim 4A2407G97QC001 Statement and photos will immediately follow this post I was delivering 3 packages to [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] As I walked up on the steps to get to the porch I felt something sting me in my upper right thigh I continued to sit the packages on the porch Took the picture and went straight back to my van Since I dont know what stung me exactly and I am highly allergic to bee stings I proceeded to drive myself to Marcum And Wallace Hospital They prescribed me an epinephrine pen gave me a shot of dexAmethasone in my right arm and monitored me for 20 minutes They said the sting was possibly a yellow jacket so the allergic reaction wasnt as bad as if
