At [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] DA ([REDACTED]) was involved in a noninjury collision in front of [REDACTED] Upon arrival [REDACTED] spoke with [REDACTED] who advised that he was traveling North on [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]) when DA backed out of a driveway in front of [REDACTED] The [REDACTED] was hauling 11000lbs of hay and was unable to avoid a collision Skid marks were present for bout 4050 ft The [REDACTED] made contact with the sliding door area DA advised that the DA was backing out of the driveway and never saw the [REDACTED] due to the poor visibility out of the passenger side of the vehicle DA was driven to Georgetown Community Hospital where the DA was evaluated for injuries and provided a post accident drug screen DA later stated they were making a left hand turn into the drive and due to poor visibility there was a collision
