Before the incident
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] I was pulling up to a home to deliver a package I saw a dog on a leash at the front porch and saw a kid at the rear porch I scanned the package and opened the door shutting off my vehicle I had the package in my right hand holding the handle of the door and my left holding the side of the door where the belt is I was watching the dog to make sure it didnt come any closer to me and glanced at the kid My right foot came down onto the gravel clay drive way my left foot still on the step of the van (the gravel drive way was a little lower than the clay part and the grass part Not stable or straight very bumpy) I thought I had a good stance but unstable ground so my right ankle gave out underneath me and my weight fell on top I hit my left knee on the way down as well I called the customer hoping they would answer so they could come get their package The customer saw me and came out I handed them their package completing the delivery The women went
