Before the incident

On [REDACTED] at approximately 1830 HSQD DA ([REDACTED]) sustained a dog bite to the upper left cheek bone while attempting to deliver package (TBA312334896579) Upon approaching the location the DA observed five dogs (two huskies three pit bull breeds) present in the front yard The dogs were contained within the yard by a 354 chainlink fence The DA contacted the customer for the delivery as the package required signature of the customer When the customer approached the fenceline all five dogs followed As the DA handed the device to the customer one of the dogs jumped up over the fence biting the DAs face The DA was able to push the dog back over fence to avoid further damage The customer asked if the dog had gotten the DA after the incident As the DA walked toward the vehicle they noticed throbbing and tenderness in their cheek with blood running down their face The DA called dispatch for a rescue and requested medical treatment for rabies LMET was contacted after DA returned to statio
