What happened
At [REDACTED] person served (#1) was agitated. I was trying to calm her down when another persons served had asked for help and needed my assistance. I went to assist the (#2) person served sitting in a chair next to them but not too far from the agitated person served since I was assigned to them. Within a minute or so I was hit in the lower back of my head by (#1) persons served hand throwing my whole body forward and almost out of the chair. Staff members sitting at the table jumped up to assist but assistance wasn 't immediately needed as I stood up to turn around to see persons served (#1) behind me had backed away.
